Cancellation policy:
- 10% deposit (non-refundable). Must be received within seven days of occupancy or reservation will be canceled
- If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to guest arrival date 30% is non-refundable
- If cancellation is received is less than 31 days prior to guest arrival date – we will refund money
for all days of your booking that we can re-rent villa minus 30%. If villa cannot be rented then no refunds will be made
of your booking we can release, minus 30% (if we can't release your dates all ammount is non refundable)
- Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be charged in full
- If tenant doesn’t pay within 7 days since obligation date it means cancel of reservation

In the event of a situation where the villa becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
guests will have one year to use the booking from the date the villa becomes rentable again.

All damages and losses in villa, its facilities and amenities during rental period will be fully charged to tenant.

Check-out: anytime.

We don't accept "back to back" bookings so as not to rush our guests.

Children are welcome.
Pets negotiable depending on type of animal.

Payment conditions:
- 10% deposit required within seven days of booking date
- 40% down payment required 60 days prior to guest arrival date
- 50% final payment required 30 days prior to guest arrival date

All requested additional services (i.e. in-villa chef) require advance payment on date of final payment.
