Villa Sky House is located in a new estate with many existing villas but unfortunately there is construction work taking place in the another close by property at the moment. You don't see construction when you are inside the villa as Sky House is facing to another side from the project. But it can be seen from the parking area and villa entrance. Mostly it doesn't disturb guests inside the house. To make up for this temporary inconvenience we are offering you heavily discounted rates by way of compensation. If you compare these prices with other similar villas with similar views and facilities and excellent service, you will find us extremely competitive indeed!

Additional information

*Breakfast is not included but can be prepared in your villa by our butler and we have a limited menu onsite so should you require anything more substantial feel free to order whatever you like for lunch or dinner, and our staff will head out to the supermarket and get it for you at cost price.

**In conjunction with the nearby Beverly Hills Bali Resort we offer a full room service menu. Order whatever you like from the breakfast, lunch or dinner menus and it will be delivered fresh to the villa.

Long stay (more than 10 nights), early birds and last minute discounts available.

Tenant is fully responsible for any damages and losses in villa: broken glasses, scratched or broken furniture, deep stains on walls and furniture, torn and stained books in library, damaged or scratched BlueRay and PlayStation disks. We don't allow guests to change any connections of electronic media equipment like DVD players, sound system and game console. All rooms provided fully equipped with own DVD player and sound system. We have different cables to let you connect your own device to our systems like flash disks, external hard disk drives and laptops.

Smoking inside bedrooms is strictly prohibited. Every room has its own open-air balcony or terrace. Tenant is responsible of any burn or the smell of cigarettes in the villa.

Special monthly rate

USD 6,700 inclusive of Wi-Fi internet, butler service and seven-seat rental car for guest usage (without driver). Full time driver and cook available on request. No additional discounts applied. This offer valid for direct bookings only. 30% surcharge in high season.
